The creator spent an extensive amount of time in the dance and fitness industry. She wants to bring more of a fun and exciting approach to fitness and wellness, in a non-judgmental environment.

 

Our mission is to provide women a private and safe space to feel self-assured and sexy but most importantly, to be themselves.
